Delicious Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffins

I had some homemade pumpkin puree left from making the pumpkin pies for Canadian Thanksgiving that I didn’t want to go to waste, so I substituted 1.5 c of pumpkin puree for the grated zucchini in this recipe.

They turned out great!!
