    I have to admit that I’m a bit envious of you who have rhubarb. I haven’t been able to find it here. I think it’s maybe just too warm for it to grow here. But there’s a rhubarb relish that I used to make and can for pouring over chicken in the slow cooker that we really miss since we’ve moved to the States.

    Nice! I was able to pull rhubarb for the first time today, so we made rhubarb crisp.

    Lots of rain here, but my rhubarb is coming up nicely! I bought some strawberries today to make strawberry spinach salad – that’s not as much fun as picking them from your own garden, though!
