Dilly Greek Yogurt Dip

Dilly Greek Yogurt Dip

If you’re looking for a super easy and quick dip to make, then look no further than this Dilly Greek Yogurt Dip.

It’s my go to dip when we’re having an impromptu party and I want to make something quick without running to the store.

You likely already have all the ingredients in your fridge and pantry. If you don’t have Greek yogurt, you can use sour cream or even plain yogurt.

I’ve made it with freshly chopped dill but if you don’t happen to have any in the fridge, it will turn out just as delicious if you use dried dill weed.

It’s easy to customize to fit your family’s tastes and whatever herbs and spices you have on hand.

We love to have it with pan fried shrimp and Rustic Potato Puffs. So yummy!

It also makes a great dip for veggies or chips as an appetizer on your party food table.

Dilly Greek Yogurt Dip

  • 1 c full fat Greek yogurt
  • 3 or 4 sprigs of fresh dill finely chopped
  • ½ tsp of granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Measure out the ingredients.

Finely chop the fresh dill weed… just the ferny bits on the end, not the stalks.

Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.

Add the garlic, onion powder and chopped dill weed.

Mix everything together and garnish with a sprig or two of the dill weed.

Now it’s ready to serve with those Rustic Potato Puffs I mentioned earlier.

It’s a great game day dip!

And takes plain old French fries up a notch.
