Packing Tape and Bread Tabs

The other day, I was wrapping some packages to get them ready to mail and remembered this little trick I saw for using a plastic bread tab on the end of a roll of packing tape so that you don’t have to search for it each time you want to cut a new piece of tape.

    Oh that’s a great idea – I usually try to fold under one edge so it doesn’t stick to itself – this would be even better, lol!

    That’s such a good idea! Too bad they don’t use them on bread here anymore. Or maybe it’s just the bread I buy. I’ll have to try to remember to look. I used to use a penny but they would get all sticky for some reason.
